I really enjoyed this course and how it was structured. I enjoyed hearing all about the thought process to the different methods, tips and tricks and things that should be kept in mind whilst carrying out this type of project along with the various materials and examples provided. The course left the student with a wide range of analytic skills to then go on and carry out assignments that could be as personal as desired.

Hello, Thank you for teaching me some really great stuff in this course! One question: How do you colorized the gray shapes so quickly in photoshop? Are you using 1. eye dropper 2. magic wand 3. paint bucket each time? I have slowed down the video to try to see how you are doing it so quickly and I am puzzled. Thank you!

Good course for beginners to help envision what an editorial illustrator would do and the process used to create ideas and artwork that goes along with the copy text.

Emma is very talented artist-it was great seeing her style and learning her process. However, I don’t think this was the right course for me, I would of preferred a more advanced course. For example, where can you make edits if the client want changes and dealing with tight deadlines, etc.
