Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

This course is really for beginners, as stated.
I was bothered by so much talking. I wanted more action.
I would recommend it to a beginner.

Fue un reto ya que no había intentado pintar con acuarela, por lo menos no en este estilo.
Mas allá de las lecciones me gustaron las palabras de Alex motivándonos a buscar ese "algo mas" en ser atrevidos y ser únicos en nuestro arte. Muy agradecido y feliz con el curso. Espero podamos tener otro curso hecho por Alex pronto.

Very elementary in scope, nothing in particular that was outstanding. Mostly a show and tell with little else worth the $10.00 fee.

Relearned some basics and developed my style more!

Highly recommend this course! The artist is both gifted at his craft as well as in instruction. His manner is very calming and humble, but knowledgeable and inspires you to try without fear. He gives great practical details even down to how to pry the paper apart on a glued block. Had never been interested in painting architecture before, but now I am so inspired to try to create some of the beautiful looks he demonstrates!

Great course, Alex is a great and inspiring teacher. I recommend this course for those starting in architectural watercolours.

I loved this course. Alex presented the material in a logical and concise manor and helped me to realize that often less is more. I am enjoying putting the things I learned into practice. I know that I have a long way to go in loosening up and not getting bogged down in detail.

This was my first course and the setup, instruction, and instructor made me purchase more courses. I am a beginner and feel much more confident after taking this course. It combines a few of my loves, architecture and sketching, with a new passion of mine, watercolor. Mr. Hillkurtz instruction was was well planned and made it comfortable to follow along while providing great tips and insight.
