Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

Great workshop! There are a lot of useful information and the teacher speaks very good English for foreign people. I recommend it.

Very helpful for a beginner like me. Obviously, this course is just an overview of some basic techniques, so I need for sure more advanced courses to evolve I guess. Nevertheless, Alex is a great teacher and his work has 1 more fan from today :)

Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich habe gerade meine Übungen zu U3 abgeschlossen. Es ist für mich wichtig, Dinge, die ich ohne nachzudenken tue, zu systematisieren.

I enjoyed the course and managed to produce some fair work, I think. I learned a lot about how to create a really good focal point and also how to maximise on perspective. I would have preferred a sort of "follow-along" tutorial though, where the student is to use the same image the tutor is using, rather than something completely different.

Its just a very very basic introduction. Don't expect any miracles. I would recommend it only if u understand that u will just get a whiff of the subject. just a brief taste, nothing more.

Yes! It a very completely course. You learn from basic techniques to framing your work! it's awesome the little very important tips he gives along the course

Alex shares really good insights and techniques about painting architecture features with watercolor. The skills gained following this course are definitely transferable to many watercolor project.

Pretty good! He starts with a recap of drawing perspective & composition to put you with your best foot forward. If you already know these, its a nice brushup; if you don't, it's the best place to start. You're then taught the process from sketch to painting & presentation. He shows the tools he uses and goes through the whole project in real time (no annoying speedpainting here!). I felt confident to paint on my own after this.

This was an amazing course. Alex's teaching illustrations and practical applications have given me a fresh new understanding of where I am on my art journey.

Alex presents an excellent course in a quiet, interesting and informative way. It's very helpful to a beginner going from producing a rough sketch to finished work, even showing cutting a mount and framing.

Wonderful course, I have watched it three times so far.

It’s a great course and Alex is really patient and explains everything in detail about the steps he is taking. He explained all about perception and the horizon line, I struggled with that before listening to him. Overall the course is great abs Alex is very inspiring, I definitely recommend this course :-)
