Architectural Sketching with Watercolor and Ink

This course is very informative and the instructor also has a friendly approach when it comes to teaching. Perspective drawing is new to me since I've always drawn freehand so I was glad that I took this course.

This is a brilliant course. Really enjoyed developing new skills and thought Alex was a great tutor - relaxed and very natural. Learnt so much from the online course that I have been able to use in my sketches. It was very therapeutic during the lockdown and craziness of 2020.

I would absolutely recommend this course for any age.
After long day at work, I would spend 30-60mins watching Alex explain his techniques. I follow his work on Insta, and so this course gave me the motivation to pick up my old paint brushes. Am generally more inclined towards 'charcoal b/w sketches', but this course has taught me to loosen up and not to be afraid of color.

This was a lovely invitation to a style of watercolor that offered instruction as well as inspiration to make the techniques yours. I appreciated the steps broken down into bite size pieces and the comfortable, easy and personal presentation by the teacher.

This is a very complete course, thoughtfully laid out and comfortably delivered by Alex. Nothing is overlooked and the student gets insight and practical instruction that is easily understandable through the great demonstrations by the artist. I found it very helpful and I'll be watching it over again to allow the fundamentals to take root in my mind and to aid in my painting practice.

Excellent course for beginners! Simple and easy to understand, I enjoyed the course a lot!
My favourite is how Alex demonstrated the whole process while explaining his every move - well-paced and easy to follow. His works are very beautiful and he is a very good teacher!
The community is nice as we can see other students' works :)
Just some thoughts, it would be great if the course was longer, e.g. how to handle different styles of architecture/ building materials, etc. :)

Techniques are very detail for . its really appreciated .
About the perspective , how to start the detailing , how to layering the Light to Dark
exploring the reference makes perfech popup.

One feedback , which is If you provide more detail on Basic materials with brand or common names . it will be more helpful.
