Alex is a terrific teacher. His structuring of the course is spot-on; he covers everything you need to know to get started. His delivery is excellent, he speaks clearly, using straightforward language and paces it perfectly. His love and enthusiasm for his chosen media is clear to see, and I highly recommend him as a great teacher of watercolour painting.

Highly recommend this course, intersting, easy to follow, learned lots and enjoyed it all. Really great to have it delivered in a way that I could do a stage or more as time allowed - really excellent!

On aimera le côté pratique du cours avec ses nombreuses annexes qui permettent de prendre connaissance de tout le matériel avec des liens pratiques pour se le procurer.
On aimera les explications bien claires et surtout les démonstrations en live de toutes les étapes pour faire un beau projet.
C’est très accessible pour les débutants et On progresse véritablement.

The course is a good support to understand how watercolor paint can personalise your style through different techniques, to understand how to design a perspective view and how to achieve a perspective view through shading and line.
I truly recommend the course to understand those techniques.

This was a very comprehensive class to get you started in watercolor or to refresh techniques. I found the final project challenging due to my own restrictions. The combination of the detail and specifics of perspective combined with loose watercolor painting was hard for me. I need to challenge myself to do more work like this. Alex was a great teacher. His explanations were clear and at a good pace. I would recommend this class.
