Hi , I love cake decorating and working with sugar to create figures and flowers. I learned some skills from small from my grandmother who used to do cake decorating. I have a diploma in Catering and Gourmet food, as well as a certificate in baking Technology and a breadmaking certificate from the SA Chamber of Baking with a distinction pass. I worked in our small restaurant/ fast food diner for 15 years, until we sold the business. I am currently starting a sugar and cake Emporium from home.
