We are developing a new branded rental company in São Paulo (which you migh call Coliving or not). Right now we are developing a project to convert a dull hallway in a space to foster a community, with close to 0 budget. This will be our little lab. After this experience, we will retrofitt full buildings in São Paulo downtown, bringing what we learned to real action. As we dont have designers in the tea, we are trying to learn a it to get more educated to the process
