Challenge: Create a Professional Illustration with Cheap Materials

We asked Dani Torrent to improvise a professional illustration using nothing but cheap school materials. Will he succeed?

Dani Torrent (@danielitorrent) graduated in Art History, studied Film Direction and Fine Art and then finally found his true vocation: illustration. This Barcelona artist, writer and teacher has been professional illustrator since 2010, specializing in children’s and illustrated books.

His work has been exhibited in France, Italy, Mexico, New York and Spain, and he teaches illustration at a range of cultural institutions and learning centers.

We couldn’t resist the opportunity to set Dani Torrent a Domestika Challenge. We asked him to create a professional illustration using nothing but cheap school materials. Will he succeed?
