6 tips for great photos on social networks
1. Use vertical shots for Instagram
Your cell phone is your Instagram photography ally. It’s best to use the portrait format, because that’s how they'll be displayed on the screen. But if you’re going to use an image for your Instagram feed, remember that the format is more square. So you’ll have to cut your image to fit the final display format. If you’re working with a model, make sure their face is near the center of the frame to avoid having to trim it!
