Chocolates with history: the sweet project of ChodyBom

ChodyBom, an artisan confectionery owned by Rodrigo, a master confectioner with Down syndrome, and his family, has been sweetening hearts for five years
.At Domestika, each project reflects a personal story, and some of them deserve to be told with special attention. Today we want to share the inspiring story of Rodrigo, a young master pastry chef with Down syndrome, and his family, who have united talent, love and entrepreneurship to give life to ChodyBom, a store of handmade chocolates that has been sweetening hearts for five years now.

A shared dream.
Architect Lili Cassina, Rodrigo's mother, found in creativity a way to support her son's talent. Together with her other son, a marketing specialist, they decided to bet on the family project: create a brand of chocolates with identity, quality and purpose.
Rodrigo, 25, is a Master Pastry Chef and a true chocolate artist. His passion and dedication are reflected in every piece he creates. Lili proudly states that this project is more than a business: it is a way to inspire other young people with disabilities in Argentina to pursue their dreams and show what they are capable of.

The project "Bonbons with a great story" was developed by Lili and Rodrigo during the course "Amazing bonbons: learn how to mix flavors and colors in chocolate" at Domestika. There they learned techniques to combine flavors and create colorful and modern compositions that express joy and creativity in every bite.
You can see the result of their work at Bombones con historia - Proyecto en Domestika.
The case of ChodyBom is not only an example of family entrepreneurship, but also of inclusion, self-improvement and creative passion. It is a story that connects with the values of community, learning and expression that Domestika promotes worldwide.
