Cruz Novillo
Designer
Recipient of the 1997 Spanish National Design Award and the Gold Medal for Merit in Fine Arts in 2012. Besides being a sculptor, he is also of the pioneers of Spanish graphic design. Cruz Novillo is the author of well-known logos, such as the newspaper El Mundo's, Endesa, and Renfe.

Elena Odriozola Belástegui
Illustrator
Children and young adult books illustrator, recipient of the 2015 National Illustration Award granted by the Spanish Ministry of Culture.

Carlos Zenzuke
Motiongrapher
Creative director, 2D and 3D animator, and motion grapher. In addition to being a Motion Graphics and 3D teacher, he collaborates from his studio Maaambo with agencies such as Ogilvy One, Cocoe, Biográfica, Toch Studios, and prestigious companies such as Sanitas, Aesa, Panda or Ikea.

Isidro Ferrer
Designer
He has an outstanding career as a graphic designer, poster designer, and illustrator in Spain and other countries. Recipient of the National Design Award (2002) and National Illustration Award (2006), among others. Some of his clients are Santillana, the National Drama Center, El País, and Canal +.

Illustrator
He has worked as an illustrator since 1994. He has collaborated in advertising, press, animation, and illustration of children and adult literature. His professional achievement has been recognized with the SM Foundation International Illustration Prize (2009) and the SM Boat Steam Prize (2018), among others. He has worked for Coca-Cola, Nike, and Greenpeace.

Professional photographer
Portraits and travel photographer. She collaborates with publications such as El País Semanal, Jot Down, and YoDona. Her work has been featured in Vanity Fair Spain, GQ Italia, Interiors, Magazine Fashion & Arts and Travel & Leisure, and Life & Style.

Mr. Kone
Designer and illustrator
Designer and illustrator with a career spanning over 15 years. He has worked for Nike, MTV, Pepsi, Lipton, Brisk, Coca-Cola, Sony-BMG, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Adidas, Mini Cooper, et al. He received the Cannes Media Lion Gold award in 2011 for the NIKE CUP campaign.

Susana Domínguez
Artistic bookbinder
As bookbinder, she has been recognized with several awards in Spain and other European countries. Since 2006 she has been teaching in the Códex studio, an international leader in fine art bookbinding.

Aarón Martínez
Designer and illustrator
Illustrator and Industrial Designer specialized in character creation, 3D modeling, and product development. He has created projects for major brands such as Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, and Pentel, as well as social impact projects for Miroculus, a company dedicated to cancer detection using microRNAs.

An artist and writer, she has received several international awards. She has exhibited around the world and has publications in narrative, poetry, and textile research with Thule editions and Editorial Gustavo Gili.

How can I apply?
In order to apply for a scholarship, you must be registered with Domestika and your profile must be complete with your name, an avatar and a brief summary about you. Make sure you publish at least three projects to have your portfolio considered.

When can I participate?
The call for Domestika 2018 Scholarships is closed. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media to find out when the next call for entries opens.

What are the Domestika Scholarships?
10 portfolios will be chosen from all the participants, who will be awarded with one scholarship each. The selection will be carried out by a jury made up of prominent professionals from the industry, all of them Domestika teachers. Each scholarship consists of 50 elective courses.

When will the winners be announced?
The list of winners will be published on January 14 on this page.

When can I start using the scholarship?
If your portfolio is among the 10 selected winners, the scholarship will be effective January 14, 2019.

What's the length of the scholarship?
The 50 courses will be available to winners within the period of validity (from January 14, 2019 until January 14, 2020).

Terms
Only one entry per person, must be older than 16 years of age. The 50 courses available during the scholarship year are for individual and personal use, and they may not be gifted. Changes or returns are not permitted.
