Hi, My name is Beata. I live in Krakow, Poland.
I'm not an official cook or baker but few years ago by accident I faced with kitchen adventure. I got a summer job as a sous chef and that's how I found I really enjoy it.

At first I cooked only for myself and friends at my place, but after some time my friends told me to start doing it more officialy. For family, for work and for special ocasions. Unfortunatelly for some time I didn't have any "testers" so I couldn't work on my skills.

Now I open myself for more occasion to try new recepies and thats why I decided to upgrade my skills and have official confirmation for it. Who knows maybe someday I will open my own cake business.
