My sketching journey on this course

This is my first attempt at using marker pens. This is my practice sketch and I think I need even more practice.

I'm using cartidge paper (don't know what the weight is), and Letraset Promarkers that are a bit dried up.

I've tried drawing and sketching many times and have failed miserably. But this time, I think I might improve.

This is the first step for me, using Promarkers. But I am limited to the number of colours I have, and limted by the fact that they are drying up through lack of use - lack of use because I never knew what to do with them until doing this course. I've started off with the initial shape of the two buildings.

I know I need to practice more, but there is a slight improvement. This is a more confident drawing of the two buildings.

It's imroving! Things are looking up! Even I am thinking this is starting to look good.

Result! I finally feel like I've achieved something! I can hardly believe I've done this!

I felt confident enough to do this little shed - but I've tried watercolours instead of markers. I think I am liking marker pens more.
