OK, these are the results. I used black leather and achieved this appearance with acrylic paints and textile paints, using some cotton to paint on the surface; after drying the surface, I ironed it with mild temperature, to fix it. The pages took me long time to do, since I wetted the Canson gray paper, glued over the reproductions, and then had the paper spread out on a window, in order to achieve absolutely flat surface after drying. The second try is with a Tyvek white A4 paper, which I stained in brown woodstain. I like very much the surface this material gave, very smooth and resilient. The text body was a 160 gm paper print out of the reproductions.
