Asalaamu Alaikum Dr. Alhamal,

Thank you so much for teaching this course. I thoroughly enjoyed the technical and creative process of working on this project. I also appreciated your emphasis on enjoying the process of learning rather than worrying about the art being perfect. With one step at a time, from drawing the grid, creating the motif, tracing the pattern, painting each shape, to outlining each line, this is the result. It’s not perfect, but it is complete and I do think it’s beautiful.

I hope you don't mind that I deviated from the original design. I was more familiar with these motifs and thought it would be easier to learn the process. Now that I am comfortable with the technique, my next project will be the original design. I will upload that when it's complete insha'Allah.
