I have never been able to have a "regular" job. I studied jazz trombone and composition in college and started taking photos of my friends for their posters etc, which naturally evolved into designing album artwork. I used photos, collage, oil pastels, or whatever inspired me. I didn't have any formal training so I just had to use my eye and the advice from the people at the print shops to figure things out. Photography turned into videography (naturally). I went to film school and spent years shooting concerts, music videos, EPKs, short films, and docs.
However, I had another skill I was developing on the side... I am a psychic. My family from Macedonia and there has been a line of seers and healers through the generations. I don't just mess around with tarot cards for fun though - I host a call-in radio show here in Toronto and I have clients all over the world.
I have always built my own websites and some for clients - starting with iWeb back in the day, then Wordpress, Elementor, Wix, and other platforms. But I'm tired of always hitting THE WALL. The place where the sidewalk ends. Where the platform builder won't let you go. But I want to peek behind the curtain and learn how the internet actually works.
