Sandy Maytham-Bailey

I'm a relatively new artist - starting as a photographer with an interest in others forms of light such as wet plate collodion, solargraphs, and pinhole photography mostly. I've recently started to sculpt and am finding this very rewarding and terrifying at the same time! My mother, now aged and living with dementia, was a beautiful creative soul. It is her energy and way of seeing that I now wish to capture in my sculpture projects.
I currently work as a conservation framer - working mostly with precious artworks for restoration and framing.
