Gabriela Medeiros Moreira

Hiii, I’m Gabs MM. I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but I’ve lived most of my life in Fortaleza, in the northeast of the country. Because of my academic background growing up, I like to joke that I became a bit “delusional” in the best way, which is probably why I ended up being the first in my family to pursue a BA abroad, in Europe, with a scholarship. I’m currently studying Fashion at Unifor, but I’ll soon be moving to London to switch my major to Fashion Business, Digital Media, and Communication.

Fun facts, I guess: I have two dogs, and I did theatre and dance for about 10 years, mostly jazz, ballet, and later contemporary. My favorite film is The Way We Were (1973). Besides Portuguese, I also speak English and Spanish, and I’m currently learning French.

I hope that one day I can become a positive influence and inspiration to the people around me, continue falling deeper in love with my passions and art, and, fingers crossed, work in ballet as a costume designer.
