Laura von Elpons

My name is Laura and I'm half Belgian and German, grew up in Italy and I speak fluently three languages (French, Italian, English).
I graduated in "Comunicazione Pubblicitaria" in IED Firenze and I would like to undertake my own career path in Digital Video Editor, Motion Designer, Illustrator or Art.

I called myself "Laurier" because that's the meaning of my name, a plant, but not just any plant! 
For the Romans the laurel was a symbol of success and symbolized glory, power and dominance in all fields. For this reason its branches were woven to make crowns with which emperors were crowned, but now, in Italy, is used when a  student is graduating. 

It's an evergreen and this means that I always trying to do my best, both at work and in everyday life. I put the name in French because I am half Belgian and German, so it seemed right to give some origin directly from the name.
