Lauren Stiebing is LSI’s founder and Executive Search Consultant. She’s driven to change lives by connecting talented people with work they love.
Years of dedication to executive search and individual career counseling have fueled Lauren’s own professional formation. Her specialty focus is Sales, Marketing, and General Management functions at the director level in the consumer goods industry.
Lauren frequently travels in search of new international talent, giving her an authentic, worldly lens perspective on modern business. At present, she calls Louisiana home, but she spends the bulk of her time visiting candidates and clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Previous clients praise Lauren’s deep market knowledge, clear guidance, and ability to craft unique, balanced solutions that serve the interests of both clients and candidates.
Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in International/Global Studies and has studied International Relations and Affairs in Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In her spare time, she expands her international cooking repertoire and collects foreign currencies.
