I work for AJV Global as a Content Writer. My utmost role and responsibility here is to create and maintain a favorable brand image of the company and its services across all web-based channels and platforms.

I manage all social media channels of AJV Global including the Company’s Founder & CEO’s personal social media accounts. I monitor how we are engaging with the audience. I also provide timely responses to the reviews, queries or complaints that the customer may have putting forth the Company’s best image tactfully and professionally. I handle online troll, negative publicity, comments, messages and help neutralize any bad review or comments.
Through positive, online engagement, I build customer loyalty and maintain our good reputation. I produce relevant content for websites, blogs, articles, white papers, product descriptions, and social media platforms. I strive to deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness. This includes in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content, prepare well-structured drafts of social media posts and blogs to increase web traffic. I identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

I support my team, working proactively as an organized multi-tasker. My own goal is to think outside and inside the box, think creatively and strategically to improve how our business is viewed online and attract quality leads with content.
