Hi Sarah, I have just completed your Watercolour course on painting birds and really loved it...The picture Im sharing of my work has recently been done with pastels and coloured pencils, but using what you taught us, about values and tones I have created this Koala for my Auntie who sadly has Alzheimers..she adores Koalas. I am 68 years of age and have always dabbled in art. Loved it at school, but when I got married and had my children, my art was delegated to drawings for the children. Now that Im retired, and due to the enforced time at home with Covid I have been watching many online tutorials and have learnt a lot. Im looking forward to doing the Charcoal exercises, but must admit I find it a little daunting..but, Im going to give it a go..
