Hi, I'm Joanna. I want to see people and organisations knowing their identity, value and purpose, so they can live the lives they've been created to. I want to see people change their perception of themselves for the better and for workplaces to be truly inclusive, trusting and empowering.
I'm very good at planning, problem solving through thinking outside the standardised patterns, and putting those plans and changes into action.
I work as Head of People and Culture for international development charity All We Can making sure that our culture reflects who we are and that people feel supported and empowered in their roles.
