💡 I define myself as a curious person. I love to learn new things everyday and be in constant movement 🏃‍♀️

Passioned for Marketing and Design, and always focused in solving problems, I found UX/UI Design.

🎯 I am capable to design products through the Design Thinking methodology, using different tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Flinto, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator. I have knowledge in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Lean Startup and Kanban.

My daily job consists of:
📌 Define plans and strategy
📌 Research to understand and analyze the needs of the user, customers and other stakeholders, to design new products or improve existing ones
📌 Product testing in the market to improve it
📌 Working in teams with different stakeholders (internal and external).
📌 Deliver presentations for them of prototypes and/or projects.
📌 Evaluate, detect improvement opportunities, and provide feedback at the end of each project
📌 Management of deliverables for different teams: briefings, prototypes, material for the sales team, and presentations, among others

I have always been praised by my colleagues as focused, predisposed and resourceful. Above all, I am highly motivated and I am a team player (I think this is the best way to learn and get wherever we want to).

These are some of my contributions I am proud of:
✒ Boosted product sales by over 30% more than expected, through achieving the project of launching a collection with four products related to the market
✒ Directed and arranged the portfolio of more than 100 products, divided into 4 segments, identifying market opportunities, defining prize and promotions and prioritizing market needs
✒ Played a significant role in completing and leading projects, which resulted in a growth within the average order of at least 2%
✒ Standarized process to develop efficient reports for the managers (reducing teams time, leaving more of it for strategic tasks)
✒ Projects presentations to the board, both in Spanish and English, where I managed to develop and demonstrate my project management and problem solving skills
✒ Participated in different events where I had to introduce products and new features to the customer, to show them the added value

In a more personal note, I love traveling and nature, I am an amateur aerialist (I do aerial silks and straps), and I also fight for animal rights.
