I was drawing since the day I could hold a pencil – I don't even remember myself without being addicted to drawing! My mom could find papers with my drawings everywhere in the house. Still, I didn't professionalize it... maybe, because people told me: you can't study art, you will earn no money, blablabla... And also, because a worse final exam grade than I expected, and a failed product design application made me too insecure.
However, in the end I studied german studies – which is according to my second passion: words. This path also led me to philosophy, which I discovered as almost as addictive as drawing and literature. Maybe one day I can combine those three, for example in creating new worlds – or existing worlds in new colours – in books for children :)
