As a long-time customer of Domestika, I have invested hundreds of euros into their platform, purchasing numerous courses and subscriptions over the years. I always appreciated the quality of their content and was happy to support them—until now.
Recently, without my clear consent, I was automatically charged for a yearly subscription following a trial period. What’s worse is that when I tried to reach out to their support team for assistance, I was met with impersonal, copy-paste responses that completely ignored my concerns.
This is not how a reputable company should treat its customers. Forcing people into unwanted subscriptions without providing clear, transparent communication is not only dishonest, it’s predatory. Customers should not have to jump through hoops or fight to get basic customer service, especially after investing so much in the platform.
I’m sharing my experience because I believe others should be aware of these unethical tactics. If you're considering using Domestika, be aware that you may be tricked into long-term commitments you never signed up for, and getting a real response from their support team is nearly impossible.
It's sad to see a company I once respected prioritize profit over integrity. I hope my story helps prevent others from going through the same frustrating experience.
