I'm designer engineer for railways, but on maternity leave I discovered the pleasure of baking cheesecakes and other sweets. At the moment I'm back to work like engineer. I'm passionate about seeing beautiful works from the world of pastry and I would very much like to flirt more with this world and why not in the future to leave the way of engineering for that of pastry.
