David Guillén

David Guillen is a visual artist, photographer and filmmaker based currently in between Portugal and UK. He has accumulated experience in editorial, fine arts and advertising photography. But also has worked on his own personal project producing solo exhibitions in Scotland, England and Spain.

He was born in Madrid where he began experimenting in the fields of the fine arts and Photography. In 2010 he finished his studies of Media Communication at URJC University of Madrid and moved to Amsterdam to carry on developing his work. He has combined working as a freelancer photographer and tour guide for several years. He completed his studies on photography in Edinburgh College and has work for several clients since then.

Inspired by humans, shapes and light, David enjoys creating stories with an abstract approach that blends contemporary techniques with tradition.
