Project management per una comunicazione efficace

Excelente curso! Estaba perdido con la gestión de proyectos y este curso me sirvió como una mentoría para enfocarme en los objetivos, alcances y habilidades blandas, de como tratar con tu equipo, clientes y colaboradores, ya que todos somos personas con diferentes personalidades, y a veces en los proyecto nos olvidamos de eso.

Los cursos prácticos y cortos ayudan a un aprendizaje directo y explícito sobre los temas de cada rubro.
