Tecniche di comunicazione: impara a tenere discorsi efficaci

Just finished my first run through, Kyoko's method of teaching was so easy to follow. I'm excited to go back and re-listen and do the work and feel confident the final assignment video I produce will be in a different class from the first video I recorded in unit 2 using the techniques taught in this class. Highly recommend this class.

This is a very original take on how to communicate effectively and I love it. The teacher condensed a lot of different theories into easy to understand practices and is able to demonstrate them throughout the course. I have taken lots of courses on communication, but I feel this is a very thorough one, yet, made as simple (but not simplistic) as possible. Highly recommend for both beginners and for those who have years of practice as well.
