This was a wonderful course. I learned so much. What was especially helpful was seeing how much patience it takes and watching the teacher make what he considered mistakes and explaining how it is part of the process.

Este curso me pareció excelente! Torsten nos enseña de manera sencilla técnicas que no son muy fáciles pero que con él se vuelven muy accesibles.
Sus explicaciones son siempre claras y detalladas y en definitiva su técnica es muy original. He estado buscando por mucho tiempo la manera de hacer una pintura más "suelta" y libre y en definitiva este curso me dado las bases para poder comenzar una nueva aventura!

Mi piace molto lo stile di questo artista. È proprio quello che cercavo, ma purtroppo è in tedesco e la traduzione è pessima, le frasi tradotte non hanno significato...ho faticato molto a cercare di capire il senso di ciò che leggevo. L'ho visto molte volte ma alla fine ho dovuto eliminare l'audio e la traduzione. Vi dovreste impegnare di più almeno con una buona traduzione in inglese non con la traduzione di Google.

Ich war sehr beeindruckt von der verständlichen Art und Weise, die Ruhe und die Professionalität von Torsten. Sehr empfehlenswert. Er hat vieles erklärt, was für mich als Anfängerin noch nicht klar war. Danke dafür. Ich würde immer wieder gerne einen Kursus besuchen, den Torsten leitet. Dafür echte 5 Sterne😊💁‍♀️🎨💃

Sehr gut und einfach erklärt, man hat die ganze Zeit Lust, selbst anzufangen. Der Künstler lässt sich Zeit, spricht eigene Fehler im Entstehungsprozess an und zeigt, wie man sie korrigiert. Die während des Kurses gezeigten Werke des Künstlers sind beeindruckend.

I love this loose and abstract style and really battle to let go as the teacher suggests. I particularly like the turning of the reference pic and canvas to see just shapes. I’m definitely going to do this. All round, a great course and a really good presenter who’s generous with his knowledge and also has a lovely dry sense of humour. I recommend this course to shaken up a tight and contrived style.

Just what I need - encouragement to let go and become more experimental with my painting! The instructor has an easy way of communicating and has the experience to make the lessons worth your while. Recommended

I really did enjoy this course. There is a lot of information to take in. I will have to watch through several times to really grasp the concepts taught. Overall, very good teacher who explains everything to you (i.e. what you should be thinking, how to check yourself). The only thing that is new for me is the step to knowing destroy my work midway through to get that fresh look. I will need to let the creativity take me away on this and not take it personally.

Dieser Kurs ist einfach nur zum Weiterempfehlen. Die Erklärungen sind leicht zu verstehen und sehr gut umsetzbar. Die Tipps sind für Einsteiger wichtig und sehr wertvoll.
Der Dozent spricht angenehm langsam und hat eine angenehme Stimme, sodass ich ihm gerne zuhöre. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Kurs!

I’m so happy with this course. I love this technique, and the teacher is excellent. I’ve been trying to find someone to teach this method of slightly abstract portrait painting, using colour the way Torsten Wolber does. It’s so alive and vibrant and Torsten addresses one of my biggest stumbling blocks in portrait painting; being too precise!

This was just what I needed and I am sure it will change my work for the better. The teacher is excellent!

Lo explica para que parezca fácil y te va enseñando el proceso. Vale la pena si no conoces el óleo.
