Chris' art ist unique and beautiful. He is a great teacher. The way he explains is very precisely and understandable. I learned a lot and hope I can take over some of it to my art. 100 points ;/

Loved it!! I never used soft pastels before and Chris make it look deceptively easy but it still lots of fun to learn new medium and try to master it.

The course was well laid out, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Only once I had the impression that there was a step missing. The teacher was pleasant to listen to and is obviously an expert in his field. I enjoyed doing this course. Thank you.

I’m enjoying this course very much. Chris is a great teacher and explains things so well. I’m a novice with pastels and felt a little bit intimidated using them, but my confidence is growing creating with this course.

Great course! I fell in love with soft pastels, Chris explains how to use this technique very well. He also gives important tips on proportions while drawing a portrait. I highly recommend it!

Of all the Domestika courses I’ve done (Lockdown was a great time!) this pastel portrait course with Chris Gambrell is my favourite . It is so ENJOYABLE! All the techniques and the process are so CLEARLY explained. His work is delightful! I would highly recommend it! And as usual with Dostika it’s great value for money. Maeve Ahern
