I first followed Sam on Instagram and CDQ. I love his work and I certainly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in character design.

Great course!

This course helps me to develop my sense of character design. I tend to stick to the real life forms of animals, but seeing how Sam gets to his design for this character, helps me understand better how to design an animal character rather than copy the real thing. I didn't really find this a how-to-do-it-yourself course, but learned a ton from it nevertheless.

Although it's always hard to follow a master on their path as it sometimes feels frustrating and such a looong way to go, it's at the same time very inspiring to see the master's techniques explained and broken down in sizable chunks, as it is the case in this course.
So thanks for that!
