Great course, lot's of usesul tips to learn from. The only thing that I would say would make this better would be the sound quality, when each video goes to the presentation section the sound quality drops a lot and I have to constantly turn up and down the volume.

This course, Introduction to UX Design is excellent. Ethan Perry is a great teacher. His delivery is easy to follow and I thought the material was very well organized. I also found the additional resources to be helpful.
