Alexis Celona

I grew up in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Later I lived in Spain and France for 13 years before returning to Canada. I taught acrylic and oil painting for 10 years and worked a lot with Kids in Art in the schools before becoming the Arts Administrator for the Victoria Arts Council (9 years). I wrote a book on colour theory while still teaching. I am terrified of water colours, I've never really used them and they seem very difficult to control (that's what I'm afraid of).
