I’ve been drawing since I was a child. I went into freelance greeting card designing in my early 20’s and was pretty successful at that. Then I had kids and got lost in motherhood and found that the only creating I was doing was homework projects with them. Now they’re older and after many years of not doing much but the odd commission I’m finally getting back into it. Looking at other inspirational artists and illustrators has helped me. A lot is different from when I was just sending ideas off to art directors so I’ve been working on print on demand ideas for card companies. I’d like to learn more about setting up myself, I feel I need to know more about websites, printing, social media.
