Margot Gabel

Hello Domestika students!

I am a passionate Design Lead at Build in Amsterdam since 2015. Originally from Strasbourg, France, I am an alumnus of Gobelins School in PariI where I studied interactive design. My practice has been notable for approaching digital design with an accessible mindset, I regularly shares my findings through conference talks & lectures both in-person and virtually (Awwards, Digital Design Days, FITC). My work encompasses brand identities, digital flagship store design for lifestyle & fashion brands (Adidas, Moooi, as well as online exhibitions & museum platforms (Foam Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam, Frans Hals Museum) I am particularly intrigued by the potential of multi-sensory experiences, and have incorporated Augmented Reality, 3D, and sound design into my projects.

My commitment to helping others leverage web accessibility guidelines to their advantage & create outstanding websites that anyone can use is a mission I hold dear.
