UX Designer

Hey! We are a Spain-based AR startup that specialises in 3D and Augmented reality.
We are looking for a UX Designer to help us design new platform features, customer journeys and inform UI development.

It can be part-time and remote based-position or on-demand based work.

Responsibilities
-Delivering on all aspects of UX design, from strategy to execution.
-Translating user needs, business goals, and technology requirements to drive design decisions.
-Partnering with and influencing all company stakeholders.
-Building a user-centric vision for features across Chrome surfaces, including iOS, Android, and desktop.
-Create and clarify product strategy, conceptualize UX ecosystems in ways that mitigate complexity, and inspire teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible
-Triangulate data from research and other sources to glean insights and actionable recommendations for the Enhance business and product
-Enable others at Enhance to conduct their research and make customer-centric decisions

Skills, requirements and background:
-At least 3 years of experience in UX Design
-Experience working in/for SaaS platforms is a must
-UI skills and experience is a strong plus
-Very strong English language skills
-Experience in leading and managing a team.
-Experience in the complete product life cycle from design through deployment.
-Possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design.
Soft Skills:
-Understand of Agile methodologies and Lean Startup
-Self-reporting and proper time-management
-Be a team player and goal-oriented person to solve complicated problems

Bonus Skills and requirements:
-Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-Ability to be a thought leader and influence executive stakeholders.
