Hernán Pereyra

I consider myself an empathic and people person. Creating good communication environments and advocating about UX to have a good understanding and collaboration between team areas is something i love.

Since i started with Design (back in 2005), i’ve always liked to understand what’s the real issue (if there is one) behind a problem. Finding insights and patterns is always something i really enjoy. By observing users, learning about their mental models, what they do and getting to the bottom of understanding i can help companies making the right business decisions based on data and guide them trough a Design process.

I believe that sharing knowledge is everything and getting and give feedback makes you grow as a person and professional. This is why, in 2014, i co-founded Shiftseven.co with a colleague. We focused in sharing knowledge about UX methodologies through meetups and workshops for the local community in Argentina. Helping others to start with UX and make a jump in their careers is also something i enjoy a lot.
Since 2019 i’m a former co-founder but the brand still remains and even better than before :)
