Excellent and interesting course on some of the basics of UX design. I would have liked to have seen a few different "real" interviews, but otherwise, the course was excellent.

I really enjoyed this course! Patricia did a great job at condensing a lot of information in a way that is easy to understand and still gives an overview of the entire process. Good course for beginners and anyone in the field that wants to upskill their craft.

¡Muy buena introducción a la investigación UX! Patricia analiza bien cada fase y es clara. Personalmente me gustaría profundizar más sobre la ejecuión de entrevistas en sus distintos formatos pero entiendo que eso puede ser otro curso ; )

Este curso es verdaderamente sobre UX, no existe un contenido similar en español.

El curso esta muy bien estructurado y explicado, pero me faltan recusos adicionales como webs y herramientas para hacer la investigación, tanto cualitativa como cuantitativa, sin está información queda inconexo, no sabes cómo llevarlo a cabo.

Hace que los procesos de UX no sean tan pesados como en otros cursos y eso se debe a que domina el tema. Los temas son claros puntuales y concisos. El material extra de apoyo es muy bueno y las paginas tienen mas contenidos de UX gratis lo que hace su valor aun mayor

The course is good. It is something you can finish in one sitting. I do wish there was more content on the actual interview process though. Topics like how you can drive and steer the interview, when to know to dig deeper or stop, how to read the interviewee expression, etc.
