Molto utile per chi vuole approcciarsi alla fotografia gastronomica.
I am still finishing some of the units, but Jodi Moreno reall knows what she's doing, and that's been a real discovery for me. The course is well organized, lessons and extra materials always on point, and it's also giving me new ideas!
So, I have to admit that this course turned out not to be what I hoped it was. I wanted to learn more plating technique, but it's clear this is meant to be for photography, not food in general. As a chef, I wouldn't expect my guests to eat some of the things she's styling with, and, of course, if I took as long as she does to style ONE plate, my food would be cold. Having said that, if you're looking for food PHOTO styling, then yes, it's good. I wish she wouldn't say "pop" so much.
