Hi. You may call me Lala. I really love the art of cupcake flower bouquets and sugar flowers on cakes. I am very new to this. I only started baking few months ago making cupcakes and buttercream flowers. I still haven’t gotten the perfect icing thats great for pipping flowers, holds up best in heat as I live in a hot country and that is less sweet as I find American buttercream frosting a bit too sweet. While searching and learning online on this, I’ve found you here. I’ve always dream myself being a cake artist. When I found this I now decide that I want to start acting like her(me as a cake artist) and start diving into this and realize my dream.
