I'm a passionate entrepreneur who started my first company just a year after my first job.
I was technically skilled and oriented for the 20 last years, and I launched many web concepts that didn't succeed for me but where the idea really succeeded in the world, I've built the same idea as foursquare at the same year (2009 in the Google developer challenge), the same idea as Etsy in 2014, and the first QRCode generator in France back in 2007. All my projects failed because of a lack of marketing, but at the same time, I didn't enjoy community building: just talking with people was perceived like wasted time for me

A big mind shift happened this year as I was listening to Guillaume Moubèche, a really nice guy who was explaining how his startup (lemlist) grew from 0 to 4M$ ARR in 3 years without any fund raised. And that, thanks to his community. This was a revelation to me, I feel like I was blind until now, especially that the project I'm trying to launch now is all about communities: joining business customers who have similar complaints together, so they can converse together and negotiate a fair compensation with the business (WeAlly.org). I was seeing complainers as sparse individuals, and I just switched to see my project as a community of communities central platform.
