I'm a passionate fan of creative cakes and arts, currently working as Pastry chef at a 700 room property in Montego bay, where I create sweet treats inclusive of desserts, breads and cakes for our guests. I'm really interested in creating beautiful cakes with live looking edible flowers and thought that you were the perfect person to teach me. Jamaica is a tropical island known for its sunshine white sandy beaches and rich authentic foods.
