Frank Ellis

I am a retired academic. I am 76 years old. After I retired I started doing triathlons. I learned new swimming skills and took up running and cycling, activities I had never previously done. This was 12-years ago. I have cycled, for example, 50,000 km since then. I have a lot of data on the individual triathlon sports. I would like to use Illustrator to depict in an interesting way this experience of switching from a mainly sedentary lifestyle to a very active life.
