Sigrid Albert

I am a graphic designer by profession, and run my own studio since the year 2000. I specialize in publication layout, such as books, brochures, newsletters and annual reports. But for fun, I do urban sketching. I discovered urban sketching before it was a thing, and then I found out about the Urban Sketchers! I started the Vancouver Urban Sketchers group. I love drawing, but I don't do it often enough, because I am also busy with my graphic design business, as well as teaching graphic design part-time. I am a big fan of Maru Godás, so I was very happy when I found out she has a new course. I am hoping to get inspired, and loosen up my very detailed style a bit.
