I'm a chef and restaurant owner from Ireland living and working in Spain. I am also an artist with interest in many media, including watercolours, textiles and couture. I am interested in moving away from cooking and the restaurant as my main profession and I am currently exploring my other creative passions and playing with techniques and building skills and having fun with the freedom I find in the process
