I am pediatrician and I'm retired now. I have been working for many years with children programs in India and I have also a Master in Ayurvedic medicine. I travelled a lot: different regions of India, South Africa, Japan, United States,Europe. I speak french, spanish and english. I am very interested about international cuisine, calligraphy, travel books and many other things. Returning home from travelling I have always tried to reproduce the recipes of the various countries and in family we enjoyed cooking Greek, Hungarian, Indian, Norwegian etc. even if it wasn't always easy to find the right ingredients.
