Riku Tuppela

I'm a creative mind from a small industrial city with very traditional values. I have a meandering background with a degree as an electronics technician. Then went to school to pursue a career as a furniture designer which turned into a career of graphic design. Which I feel was always my destiny to become a graphic designer.

I started an ad agency in 2020, and learned how to make websites. Still on that path, getting to do what I love as a daily job. My sources of inspiration come mostly from the physical realm. Architecture, furniture, cars and pop art. Even though most of my interests are material goods, I mostly consume them in a digital form through social media. Consuming a lot of inspiring ideas can be taxing as the mind gets lost in there.

I love spending time in outdoors in the woods as that is where I spent most of my formative years. That still is a place where I can ground myself and form new ideas from all of the gathered inspiration. I like to just sit there and listen to the wind. I've gotten most of my best ideas from a good night sleep after a calming moment in the woods.
