Welp, like i said in the reply on your last comment about my work on the skies, i painted the "Creaky Shed" at the same time as watching your process. I still want to make another one, just to verify if i can apply all the knowledge you gave us, but from myself this time.
I don't know if i can post it there for a little feedback. Let me know.
It took me some time to complete this painting. I had to manage my confidence which was affected depending on what I was painting. There were times when I was comfortable and enthusiastic with what I applied on the canvas. And at other times, I was unsure of what I was producing.
But, the wheel of colours and the different steps allowed me to focus on the intermediates goals (blocking, textures, details).
Since I did not know that this painting could be used as a final project, i couldn't take a clear photo of each step. But i think that might work.
If you see some room for improvement, please give me your insightful view on the painting.
I want to paint a series of urban architecture from real life and some from game videos like the backgrounds of fighting games. So i'm quite happy to have followed your teaching.
Thank you so much Mike for making me understand those topics with excellent guidance.

This looks fantastic! The structure and readability of your final piece is great! There's real depth to the scene and I love how you have made each plant have it's own unique texture. Well done!
An area you could look at to take your art to the next level is turning the 2D simplified shapes we blocked into 3D forms. This will give the objects with you work more dimensionality. A great way to develop this is to create a few still life drawings or paintings, pick items up from around your home and see if you can create a tonal study. If you can render a cube or sphere you can apply this to everything else to give it depth, light and shadows. I think you already part of the way to success because your use of one point perspective is already looking very strong. I am confident you are on the right track!
I'm thrilled to hear that you found value in this exercise too! There are many different ways to paint a scene but hopefully following this process will give you a foundation you can apply to future artworks and subjects. You can use what you have learned to other pieces, adapt it, do what feel right for you and the best thing is as you confidence grows you'll be more comfortable more of the time.
If you do create a study of a fighting game background I'd love to see it! It sounds like a great idea and if it inspires you then go for it! Street Fighter is obviously iconic but the backgrounds of games like Guilty Gear or JRPG Persona Games have some very painterly qualities. Or make up your own!
Thanks so much again and excellent work!
